Who operates this site

Lailya.ai is the trading name under which this website is operated. The operator is a sole trader in the United Kingdom rather than a company.

What this site is

It describes Lailya, a governance layer for AI-assisted software changes, and it lets you ask to be considered for early access. It is information and an invitation to get in touch. Nothing on it can be bought, and no account can be created.

The product is in development

Lailya is being built. The site describes how it is designed to work, and parts of what it describes are not finished. Features expressly identified as planned, illustrative or in development are not currently available. Behaviour, timelines and prices may change, and some things described may never ship.

Please do not commit budget or plan work on the assumption that a particular capability will exist by a particular date. If something on this site matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will give you the current development status. What is available will be confirmed in writing before any trial or agreement begins.

Requesting access

Sending an enquiry creates no contract, guarantees you nothing, and obliges us to provide nothing. We take on a small number of workspaces at a time and may decline without giving a reason. If we do proceed, we will agree separate written terms with you first.

Prices

The operator is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is added to the figures shown.

The prices on this site are indicative. They are not an offer and may change before anything is agreed. The price that applies to you is the one in the written agreement you sign, not the one on this page.

Lailya is designed to run on model providers' own APIs using your own account, so any charges from those providers would be separate. How that works in practice will be set out in the applicable written agreement.

The examples on this site

The animated panels are demonstrations. The pipeline runs, policy classifications, evidence chains and terminal output illustrate how the system is designed to behave. They are not recordings of live systems, and the identifiers, hashes, commit references and timings in them are invented.

The engineering failures described in the problem section are real. They come from an audit of a production codebase owned by the operator of this site, and the figures attached to them are drawn from that audit.

We take care to be accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or current at every moment.

Using the site

You are welcome to read it, quote from it with attribution, and link to it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to anything behind it, scrape it at a volume that affects other people, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Content and ownership

The site and its content are protected by intellectual property rights owned by the operator of this site or by the relevant licensors. The typefaces are used and redistributed under the SIL Open Font License. Please do not reproduce the site wholesale or present its content as your own.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.

Liability

This site is provided for information. We aim to keep its content accurate, but do not guarantee that it is free of error or continuously available.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version displayed when you use the site is the one that applies to that visit, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings elsewhere.
